Compensation Details:
Vacation pay at 6% - paid out bi-weekly upon start date

Role Summary:
The Data Administrator performs all general and specific administrative and clerical functions to the planning department in support of effective and efficient operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Review daily work orders to ensure accuracy.
Printing work orders from Maximo, the planning system.
Scanning of work orders to the McLaren database.
Entering asset updates including model and serial numbers.
Input work orders into monthly projections and investigate when work orders fail to trigger.
Closing out work orders daily.
Replenish printed JHA stock as required.
Assist with typing service call write up's as required.
Prepare and send material boxes to Main Administration as required.
Perform other duties as required to support Bouchier in providing full service to the client.
Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
Assist Planners and Main Administration as required

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a related role
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
CSO (Common Safety Orientation) certificate is required
WHMIS 2015
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with focus on Excel, Word and Outlook
Typing speed (40-50 WPM), accuracy and spelling
Excellent customer service skills
Proven ability to be flexible with the ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
Detail orientated, meticulous approach to work, troubleshooting/problem solving skills
Positive attitude, reliable and team orientated with highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
Excellent time management skills
High level of efficiency while maintaining accuracy
