Job Scope:
- Skills: Data Domain
- The customer was impacted by ransomware last week, they are in containment and recovery.
- They need assistance with recovering one of their Data Domains that was impacted.
- We sent a support rep onsite to change the IPs and they were able to connect directly pinging the management IP however they are now having issues logging into the DD GUI.
- The customer was able to mount some of the shares, they know the data is there.
- When they SSH into the system, they get into a limited session.
- There are not many commands we can run as we keep getting an error that we are unable to communicate with the local host.
- The customer has shut down access to the outside and needs an onsite engineer to assist.
