Position: Data Coordinator
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid)
Salary: $23 to $26 per hour
Job Type: 4-month contract (April 1st 2024 to July 31st 2024, with possibility of extension)

Quantum is currently recruiting for a Data Coordinator for one of our exciting clients, who is one of the largest regulatory bodies for Accountants in Ontario.

As a Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of their members and the firm\'s records.

Responsibilities:

- Updating member demographics, accurately and timely in database, received from online interactions and/or emails
- Corresponding with the members to obtain clarification or further documentation
- Maintaining data completeness and accuracy by completing edit reports as assigned on a weekly/monthly basis
- Assisting with reviewing/updating data in preparation of annual applications
- Optimizing and streamlining workflow as it affects data integrity and quality
- Reviewing excel files as needed to identify issues needing resolving
- Providing input related to data collection, analysis, storage and communication
- Providing support to business units to maintain up-to-date process documentation
- Assisting in testing on-line applications as it relates to data updates/accuracy
- Preparing dashboard analytics using data files
- Monitoring weekly edit report to ensure timely completion and identifying any trends
- Conducting data entry standards training for new staff

Qualifications:

- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a professional environment
- Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, Word, Outlook and analytical software (i.e. PowerBI)
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other membership management database system is an asset
- Previous experience with a regulatory body, association or a not-for-profit organization is an asset
- Successful completion of a post-secondary education is highly preferred
