Pricing & Data Coordinator
to join our team in
Saint John, NB

As a Pricing & Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing pricing strategies, conducting marketing price checks, and determining optimal pricing structures for the products we distribute. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining pricing models and databases that enable quick and informed decision-making.
Pricing Responsibilities:
Conduct data analyses and market research to provide insights into market trends and competitive pricing actions.
Responsible for documenting and maintaining pricing processes and databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Purchasing, to identify pricing opportunities and support pricing decisions.
Address issues and concerns raised related to pricing.
Maintain accurate pricing in our ERP system.
Obtain up-to-date price lists from our suppliers and perform cost uploads.
Participate in the development and implementation of pricing strategies to improve our existing processes.
Data Responsibilities:
Use analytics tools and techniques to create informative and actionable reports and communicate insights.
Manage item creation process and data integrity validation checks.
Perform quality assurance and data cleansing to remove corrupt and inaccurate data.
Suitable candidates will meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field would be considered an asset.
2+ years of proven experience in pricing analytics, data analytics, or related field.
Strong quantitative skills and expertise in data analysis, modeling, and statistics.
Experience working with large and complex data sets.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools is required.
Ability to communicate complex data analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
