Alcool NB Liquor (ANBL) is a provincial Crown corporation responsible for the purchase, importation, distribution, and retail activity for all beverage alcohol in the province. About the Data Coordinator role
Reporting to the Category Data and Process Manager, the role of the Data Coordinator is ensuring the product data within ANBL's operational system is correct, consistent, complete and current. The Data Coordinator will develop an in-depth understanding of downstream implications of data quality and impacts of changes to procedures governing the area.
Additonal Responsibilities
Coordinating the weekly product release process including final product setups
Managing ongoing product maintenance
Support product lifecycle activities
Development and implementation of procedures to ensure that the product data standards are being followed and understood by stakeholders
What do you need to be successful?
A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Commerce. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
While a formal degree or diploma is preferred, we value practical experience and are open to considering candidates with equivalent experience in lieu of educational qualifications
Proven ability to effectively manage product data quality
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle and prioritize time-sensitive tasks
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong skills working with Excel
Would be an asset if you had:
Ability to make decisions and drive actions
An understanding of category management, retail, marketing and supply chain processes and practices
Proficient in MS Office applications

Work location:
The Retail Operations Centre is located in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
The successful candidate must be based in New Brunswick, will work in a hybrid model, dividing their time between working onsite at ANBL's Retail Operations Centre (ROC) in Fredericton and working from home approximately 2 days a week.
Semi-regular travel for meetings and project work may be required.
