Data Center Infrastructure Technicians

Description of roles we recruit for:

We are looking for technical technicians to install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain state-of-the-art physical infrastructure. Responsibilities in these roles typically include:

Installing, configuring, and testing hardware (servers and their components) and server software (e.g., Linux clusters). Configuring more complex components such as networks, routers, hubs, bridges, switches, and networking protocols. Participating in or leading small project teams on larger installations. Performing manual movement, installation, and maintenance of equipment racks. Diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, computer/server hardware, or networking protocols.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Mandatory Requirement:

You must obtain or currently hold a valid

Reliability Status

screening from the Government of Canada. Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting one of the following: operating systems (e.g., Linux), computer/server hardware, or networking protocols. Ability to lift/move 50lb (23kg) of equipment and ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, and lifting. Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays, and on shift-based schedules as required. Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
