Job Summary:
Our teams design and build cloud-based data architectures in Snowflake, implementing secure, role-based access controls and leveraging Terraform to ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and well-governed. We help clients migrate data to Snowflake using modern ELT and orchestration tools and refine it through
modelling frameworks
like
dbt
and
Databricks
to deliver trusted, high-quality data for analytics and innovation.
As a
Data Architect
at
Infostrux
, you will design and deliver
secure, scalable, and well-governed Snowflake data architectures
that drive business outcomes. You will lead end-to-end data solutions, from
ingestion and modelling
to
governance and performance optimization
, leveraging tools such as
Terraform
,
dbt
, and
Databricks
. By collaborating across teams and mentoring engineers, you will transform complex data environments into reliable, high-impact systems that enable clients to make confident, data-driven decisions.
What you'll get to do:
Advise
customers by understanding their business processes, objectives, and data challenges.
Act as a
trusted advisor
to solve complex problems within their
data warehouse
and optimize for performance and
data quality

Analyze clients' existing
cloud-based
and
on-premises
database environments and their data providers to enable secure and efficient
data extraction
.
Lead the design, presentation, and delivery
of best-practice
data warehouse solutions
,
data pipelines
, and
transformations
in
Snowflake
(leveraging tools such as
Coalesce
or
dbt
for orchestration).
Lead the design, presentation, and implementation
of
data-sharing solutions
for single-tenant and multi-tenant cloud database systems.
Mentor and support
Data Engineers and Senior Data Engineers to strengthen their technical capabilities and foster collaboration.
Build relationships and
collaborate cross-functionally
with teams outside of Engineering (e.g.,
Sales

Pre-Sales

Field CTOs
) to drive business opportunities at
Infostrux
.
Evaluate and implement
new and existing technologies to enhance
data engineering capabilities

What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science

Mathematics
, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with
data warehouse platforms

Expertise with
