Job Description

The Data & Analytics Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data sets of varying complexity and providing insights to improve business operations. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements.


Salary: The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.


RESPONSIBILITES

What You'll Be Doing:

Conducts data analysis and provides insights to support business decision-making. Develops and maintains analytical models and tools to support business needs. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems. Provides guidance and mentorship to Data & Analytics Analysts.

QUALIFICATIONS

What You'll Need For Success:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, or comparable combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in data analysis and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Oracle, and other data analysis tools. Experience in data modeling and database design. Some experience in data visualization and reporting. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
