Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-driven

Data Analyst

to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using

Power BI

, enabling data-driven decision-making across our organization. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for transforming raw data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions using

Power BI

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into data models and reports. Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes. Analyze large datasets from property management systems and financial tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvements. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and dashboards. Monitor data quality and integrity; troubleshoot data-related issues as they arise and set up alerts for failed flows or data anomalies. Create and maintain documentation related to data sources, business logic, and reporting standards. Automate repetitive tasks like data collection, report distribution, and notifications using Power Apps. Create flows that trigger on events (e.g., new data entry, email received) using Power Automate. Monitor and improve business processes by automating approvals, reminders, and data syncing. Provide data support and training to non-technical stakeholders and end-users. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging tools in business intelligence and data analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, BI developer, or similar role. Proficiency in

Microsoft Power Platform

including, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices. Experience with SQL Server Integration Services and relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL). Work experience with Python preferred Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience working with property management or real estate data is considered an asset. Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) is a plus.
