We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. This role requires a strong foundation in data analysis tools and methodologies, with an emphasis on delivering actionable business insights. The Data Analyst will collaborate across departments to ensure data integrity and optimize data-driven solutions that enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using advanced data analysis skills and tools such as R, Python, SQL, and Oracle. Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations utilizing Tableau, Power BI, and Visio to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Design and maintain databases, ensuring optimal database design and integration with Microsoft SQL Server. Support project management activities within Agile frameworks and SDLC methodologies to ensure timely delivery of analytics projects. Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Write complex queries using SQL and Bash (Unix shell) scripting to automate data extraction and processing tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Document processes, workflows, and system designs to support ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Requirements

Proven experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and database management systems such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. Expertise in visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Visio. Solid understanding of SDLC processes, project management principles, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of database design principles and experience working with large datasets. Familiarity with VBA for automation tasks is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into meaningful insights. Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Pay: $27.64-$73.86 per hour
