Position: Procurement Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data/Procurement Analyst to Join our team. This role involves supporting the procurement and supply chain functions by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize purchasing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience or practical knowledge in data analysis, and procurement with a passion for leveraging technology to support business goals.

Full-Time (Permanent)

Salary:

$60k-$65k(based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (9 am-5 pm)

Work Location:

In person, North York

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze and review demand patterns, pricing, and purchasing trends to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain forecasting models to ensure optimal inventory levels and procurement strategies. Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer database to support sales and marketing efforts Assist the sales team by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency. Conduct thorough market research, identify trends, and keep company data updated regularly. Use AI tools and technologies to gather, process, and analyze data for procurement and sales strategies. Create detailed reports and dashboards tailored to company needs, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure seamless workflows and information sharing. Continuously learn and implement new tools, systems, and ERP software to improve procurement and operational processes.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, or a related field is required Experience in healthcare/medical, or professional services is an asset A bachelor's degree in the related field is an asset Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Reliable professional with the ability to produce accurate and actionable insights Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
