Identify which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes.\xc2\xb7 Guide a team to define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between the data.\xc2\xb7 Guide a team to capture the relationships among roles, capabilities and business units, the decomposition of those business units into subunits, and the internal or external management of those units.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What you need:\xc2\xb7 10 \xe2\x80\x93 15 years\' experience as BSA/BA/Data Analyst\xc2\xb7 Strong Data Migration (migrating between multiple disparate systems) and data Delivery experience\xc2\xb7 Experience in gathering business requirements from stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Expert knowledge in database design and modeling\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of ETL processes and design\xc2\xb7 STM (Source to target) mapping experience.\xc2\xb7 Experience in reviewing and writing the Mappings.\xc2\xb7 Strong SQL query skills\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)What we believe:We\xe2\x80\x99re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
