Position - Data Analyst
Location - Cambridge, ON

Summary

• In this position, you will have an opportunity to apply your Data/Business Analysis and computer skills through practical design and development of reporting systems.
• You will use your Power BI/Automate knowledge and skills to enhance current dashboards and develop new dashboards that visualize our core KPIs.
• You will be required to work with other departments to understand data structures and the various applications used at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada.

Core Qualifications:

• Good understanding of MS Office 365 / Power Platform applications. Particularly Power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint, etc.

Role and Responsibility:

• Debug and create Power BI/Automate reporting as well as maintaining and improving existing reports and processes.
• Develop Automated, Interactive Client Power BI Reports & Dashboards visualizations to deliver meaningful and actionable insights.
• Conducting and resolving complex business problem analyses using data derived from a range of platforms such as Service Now and SAP to reduce company costs and maintain Process efficiency.
• Data visualization - Interactive Power BI reports, Dashboard, Data set using Power BI dataflow, Power BI Services and Deployment Pipeline
• Lead Process improvements, Trend Analysis, Process/Data mapping on existing Business Process

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Experience would be an asset.
• Client Certifications in the Power Platform

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented and high level of quality expectation
