As a Data Analyst at LendCare, you will leverage analytic and technical skills to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to tackle business problems.What will you be doing?

  • Data Infrastructure
  • Enhance and sustain existing data pipelines to align with evolving business requirements.
  • Develop automated reports using SQL or Python for various stakeholders.
  • Construct scalable and automated ETL packages and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
  • Demonstrate ability to explore and quickly grasp new technologies to advance varied initiatives.
Business Intelligence:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and deploy tools, methodologies, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization.
  • Accommodate requests for enhancements on current dashboards, perform filter adjustments, template improvement, and metric development/expansion.
  • Stay on top of the latest development in BI tools and explore their integration into existing enterprise visualizations to enhance efficiency.
Data Analytics:
  • Interpret data, apply statistical techniques, and enhance ongoing reports.
  • Develop and execute tools for monitoring and reporting on data quality.
  • Conduct analysis that provides meaningful insights on business strategies.
What experience do you have?
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Python, R, or SQL.
  • Proficiency in ETL frameworks, with knowledge of Microsoft SSIS is a plus.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong curiosity to learn about data, models and algorithms and proven track record in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate results under pressure or within tight deadlines.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master\'s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline.
  • At least 2 years of coding experience in Python, R, or SQL.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience utilizing a business intelligence visualization tool; familiarity with Tableau is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques (e.g., Regression, Decision Trees, SVM, Anomaly Detection, Clustering, and Deep Learning).
  • Prior experience in the financial or lending industry is a plus.
