Responsible for course scheduling by gathering course information online at the beginning of each semester and communicating and coordinating with academic instructors every week.
Creates, maintains, and manipulates courses data to transform data into configurations suitable for reporting and presentations, adhering to all proper procedures for handling confidential data.
Supports Internal Affairs Department, by gathering curriculum data and mapping reports, conducting syllabus data reviews/ integrate reports, and updating vocational outcomes and other curriculum-related communications.
Responsible for setting the background data for all courses to ensure the student system information accurate.
Organize various deadlines information of the university on time and make corresponding calendars for students.
Monitor operations data and regularly report to the manager.
Manage, outline, summarize, and monitor background data for operating channels.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor degree in a research-related field covering research methodology and statistics (e.g. Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related sciences).
Strong technical knowledge of Excel, Google Suites, and other database software.
Demonstrated python skill is an asset
Demonstrated experience with training and guiding others.
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong communication, collaboration, teamwork, and people skills.
Flexibility in adapting to change and in participating in consultative decision-making processes.
