Job Posting: Supply Dance Teacher

Location: Strathroy and or Parkhill, Ontario

Position Type: On-call / Supply (Part-time)

Availability:

Strathroy: Monday-Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings

Parkhill: Wednesday & Thursday evenings (as needed)
About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Supply Dance Teacher to join our team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about dance education who enjoys working with children and youth in a supportive, creative environment.

As a supply teacher, you will be called in to cover classes when regular instructors are unavailable. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as schedules may vary week to week.

Responsibilities

Teach dance classes in a positive, engaging, and professional manner Provide clear instruction and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom environment Adapt to different age groups and dance styles as required Support the studio's culture of respect, creativity, and teamwork
Qualifications

Previous teaching or assistant teaching experience in dance (preferred) Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to adapt quickly to different class levels and styles Reliable transportation to Strathroy and Parkhill locations
