Underdog Dance Corp is Waterloo's highest-rated dance studio for beginner adults. Our community is full of people trying something new, sometimes for the first time in years, and our instructors play a powerful role in helping them feel safe, seen, and confident. We hire people not only for their talent, but for their heart and the environment they create.

What You'll Do

Teach 50-minute adult dance classes with safe, clear progressions Create a warm, encouraging, inclusive atmosphere for dancers of all backgrounds Prepare lesson plans that support clarity and confidence Guide students through challenges with empathy and patience Uphold our teaching approach so students experience consistency across classes Contribute positively to a team culture rooted in kindness and community Participate in onboarding and training aligned with your role as an employee or contractor
