Stagecoach Performing Arts, an incredible, established performing arts school for kids and teens is looking to expand our team of musical theatre teachers this fall!POSITION: Early Years Musical Theatre Teacher 4-8yrsSaturdays: OakvilleSundays: Mississauga(please note if you are interested in one or both days)September - June (with holiday breaks).The ideal applicant should be: -able to plan and teach fun, encouraging, artistic and educational musical theatre classes to children. -experience working with children and teaching one or more of the following disciplines (acting, singing, dance).-have a training and performance background in their discipline.-ability to create and direct small group performances -enjoy collaborating with other artists and teachers on the team.We provide an: - encouraging, inclusive, safe and supportive working environment-ongoing professional development and workshops-opportunity to grow and gain more hours if desired-good hourly wageFor more info on our school, please visitwww.stagecoachschools.ca/mississaugaoakvilleJob Type: Part-time
