Job Summary

The Dairy/Frozen Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the Dairy and Frozen sections are clean, well-organized, fully stocked, and merchandised to company standards. This role includes inventory monitoring and placing orders to ensure product availability, with the goal of delivering a positive shopping experience and promoting sustainable and organic products.

Responsibilities and Duties

Providing responsive, exceptional service to our counter customers by answering questions, making recommendations, and responding to requests. Rotating and stocking refrigerated and frozen cases, and other customer-facing areas to ensure new items and promotions are showcased. Ensuring that work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and floors Cooperating with others to ensure customer satisfaction. Confirming that all displays, products, and services comply with company standards. Maintain proper stock levels in the Dairy and Frozen departments by placing timely and accurate orders in coordination with the Department Manager

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience working with frozen and dairy products would be an asset Ability to lift heavy items, ranging from 25 to 50 lbs. Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to comprehend and follow all company procedures and regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
