Own Relationships and Growth

by driving sales and building strong partnerships with customers. This includes delivering on-farm feed solutions tailored to their needs through consultations and collaboration with internal teams. With nearly 100 years of industry expertise,

You'll also need

Post-secondary education in agriculture (asset, not required) or equivalent experience Ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools Excellent interpersonal, listening, and organizational skills Strong customer focus and follow-up skills High level of integrity, respect, and work ethic Self-motivated with initiative Ability to work independently and in a team Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customers and attend sales events
