Fountain Food & Beverages Ltd. is a leading Canadian distributor and marketer of premium dairy products under the Elegant and Hewitt's brands, manufactured by our group companies Hewitt's Dairy and Dairy Fountain.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Territory Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This position is responsible for maintaining and developing business within the South Western Ontario region, with a focus on the Hamilton area.The successful candidate will work primarily in the field, visiting customers, managing relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires the use of a personal vehicle, with company mileage reimbursement provided.

Key Responsibilities

Visit existing retail and foodservice customers to take orders, manage relationships, and ensure excellent service. Increase in-store product visibility and shelf placement to strengthen brand presence. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base. Provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams in logistics, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food, beverage, or CPG industry. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Familiarity with the South Western Ontario region is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary to be determined based on experience.
