Bring your enthusiasm and customer-first mindset to a team that truly values great service.About The Role: Drive sales and build strong customer relationshipsResponsibilities:

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Consult with our customers on their feed needs
• Work well in a team environment with other Trouw Nutrition functions, such as Customer Service, Formulation, Nutrition and Pricing to meet customer needs.
• Work in close collaboration with Customer Service, Logistics and the customer to achieve on-farm expectations and ensure Right Feed, Right Place, Right Time

Skills and ExpertiseQualifications: xe2x80x8b

• Post-secondary education in agriculture is an asset but not required. Will consider experience and education combinationxe2x80x8b
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and organizational skills
• Having superior customer focus and ability to follow-up while aligning with internal processes and procedures
• High level of integrity, respect, and work ethic

Expectation from the Role:Self-motivated and takes the initiativeAbility to work independently and on a team * A valid drivers license is required for this role

• Ability to travel to customers and attend sales events
• Comprehensive training will be provided
