```Duties:```
- Oversee daily operations of the dairy department, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring product quality and freshness.
- Train and supervise dairy department staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Monitor and maintain proper storage and rotation of dairy products to minimize waste and maximize shelf life.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of dairy products.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotions, displays, and special events related to dairy products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products to provide customers with a wide selection of high-quality dairy items.

- Previous experience in a management role within a grocery store or dairy department is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dairy products, including different types of milk, cheese, yogurt, and butter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and department operations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
