As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety procedures is advantageous. A positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and customers alike. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $15.75-$16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
