We are a leading dairy production company dedicated to providing high-quality dairy products to our customers. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dairy / Swine Technician to join our team.

As a Dairy/ Swine Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing milking equipment including conventional parlours and robots to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Repairing Livestock feeding equipment and ventilation controls. The ideal candidate will have some background in either electrical or millwright work but not required. Welding Ability is an asset. This position requires on-call availability to address any urgent issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Dairy and Swine equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues. Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems. Collaborate with the Technician Team to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Respond to on-call emergencies as needed.

Qualifications:

Background in electrical or millwright work. Experience with dairy equipment is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Willingness to take a turn being on-call for emergencies.
