Position: D365 Functional Consultant - Supply Chain
Location: Downtown Toronto, hybrid
Job Type: 6-month contract with possibility to renew

We are hiring for a D365 Functional Consultant with supply chain experience on behalf of our client in the retail sector. As a D365 Functional Consultant you will use your collaborative and relationship building skills to better understand business and client needs in order to provide recommendations to improve the current operations and procedures. Additionally, you will work closely with the business and internal stakeholders to gather information and synthesize findings into business/functional requirements.
In The Role, You Will:
- Implement, configure and develop components of core enterprise applications
- Gather and analyze business requirements and create reports for system design and development
- Translate business needs into application and operational requirements
- Document current and desired business processes to ensure optimal efficiency
- Create field mapping between D365FO and other systems
- Interface with internal customers to manage expectations and resolve issues related to enterprise applications
- Execute assigned tasks within a structured project environment
- Serve as an in-house Subject Matter Expert supporting our Dynamics 365FO platform
- Provide best practice, out of the box, and solution alternatives as a part of the Functional and Technical Design Documentation

Job Requirements:
- Completed post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology or related areas or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 is a strong asset
- 5+ years of experience with implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics AX/365
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Modules within Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365FO / D365SCM
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with database technologies such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL
