As a D365 BC Functional Consultant, collaborating with the Partner you will lead the transition from Sage 300 to Business Central (BC). This on-site role requires strategic oversight, operational expertise, and implementation experience. You will collaborate closely with our client\'s partners and communicate with the global team across various locations.Key Responsibilities:

• BC Implementation: Manage the transition to Business Central (BC), ensuring smooth integration.
• Change Management: Oversee the transition process, aligning with BC requirements.
• Liaison Role: Facilitate communication between stakeholders for effective change adoption.
• Training: Train staff on BC usage for optimal performance.
• On-Site Coordination: Provide on-site support to address any issues promptly.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS): Implement and optimize BC WMS, moving from manual to automated systems.
• Business Processes and System Advice: Offer expert advice on business processes and system optimization.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Operational Business Experience: Practical application of operational knowledge.
• BA or Functional Consultant: Strong familiarity with Business Central (BC).
• Sales and EDI Connections: Experience with sales and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
• Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3 years with Business Central (BC).
• Language Requirement: Basic understanding of French.
