Responsibilities

Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on progress.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive sales.
Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or outside sales environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Experience with account management, maintaining long-term client relationships.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
