The opportunity

Ernst & Young is seeking a Cybersecurity Service Delivery Professional to manage and oversee strategy and execution of business operations within the firm\xe2\x80\x99s Cyber Threat Management Practice. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that takes pride and creative ownership of operations with an eye on details for improvement and efficiencies. This position falls within our Consulting Service Line, which helps our clients enhance the effectiveness of operations functions by assisting them as they shift their emphasis from transaction-level control, processing and reporting to more value driven, decision support and analytics.
Your key responsibilities

  • Working with partners and clients the candidate will be responsible for:
  • Building and fostering relationships with key stakeholders, business leaders and technology teams to manage business strategy and deliver outstanding internal and external support
  • Define, monitor and report key performance Indictors (KPIs) of the security services delivery.
  • Define, generate and distribute monthly and ad-hoc KPI reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor metrics for trends and track identified issues.
  • Recommend service and workflow improvements to improve service availability and performance and add value for key stakeholders.
  • Overseeing and managing/automating improvements to the Cyber Practice\xe2\x80\x99s business processes, methodologies, and client communication methods
  • Driving consistency of all established processes and procedures by sharing best practices with team members to contribute to enhance the quality of client experience
  • Reviewing and developing key documentation, including policies and procedures and reports, to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Actively participating in and contributing to the preparation of statements of work, proposals and the steps of these processes according to firm guidelines
  • Maintaining current knowledge on industry issues/trends and competitive services
  • Managing and maintaining external and internal process for the business including:
    • Client onboarding
    • End-to-end Client experience
    • Inventory
    • Reporting and report writing
    • Managing client billing and invoicing
    • Compliance (SOC 2)
    • Technology project management

Key Candidate Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Passionate about quality of service and product and continuous improvement.
  • Experienced in IT Service Management and/ or Systems Integration and Engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Proven sound judgment and flexibility in balancing multiple project requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule, with high attention to detail
  • Work with minimal supervision, linking in with account team as and when required
  • Manage projects or initiatives while clarifying objectives, priorities, roles, responsibilities, timelines and scope changes as appropriate
  • Leadership, facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills

To qualify for the role you must have:
  • At least 5 years of experience working with Cyber Security Service Delivery, Security Program Management and/ or Professional services experience specific to Cybersecurity
  • Two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience effectively leading or coordinating projects and motivated teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
  • Experience in business development and client engagement
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise finance with technology skills
