Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CyberArk EPM Implementation Expert to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for the successful deployment and management of CyberArk's Enterprise Password Management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CyberArk technologies and will be responsible for ensuring that our clients effectively implement and utilize these security solutions to protect their sensitive information.

Duties

Lead the implementation of CyberArk EPM solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver effective training to end-users. Conduct assessments of existing security protocols and recommend enhancements based on CyberArk capabilities. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed EPM solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Develop comprehensive documentation including implementation plans, user guides, and training materials. Stay updated on the latest CyberArk features, updates, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Experience

Proven experience in implementing CyberArk EPM solutions or similar identity management tools. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with scripting languages (such as PowerShell or Python) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant certifications in CyberArk or cybersecurity are highly desirable but not mandatory.
