Act as a commercial solutions focal point for your Area\xe2\x80\x99s business pursuit, ensuring necessary services and solutions are provided. Responsible to help NAM Marketing and Sales initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the subject matter expert to support the business where needed with best practices on operational set up and capabilities including interaction and onsite visits with customersDrive regional solution product development and system enhancement initiatives based on Canada customer / market requirements as well as productivity improvement initiativesKeep informed on area/ regional / global projects and products in order to provide support as necessaryProvide assistance for existing and prospective solutions clients where required and work closely with origins and other Areas and Regions to optimize global profitability and decision making for delivering the outlined financial results.Performs other position related duties as specified by management.We are looking forEDUCATION & TECHNICAL CERTIFICATIONBA degree in related field requiredEXPERIENCE8-10 years of Canadian customs-related experience requiredWorking experience in logistics/supply chain industry is advantageous.A strong execution-minded individual with proven account management and commercial skills, good judgment and strong operational understanding including an understanding of systemsProven ability to manage and develop a commercial pipelineAbility to make decisions in the absence of managementExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player with a collaborative mindsetSelf-motivated, who can complete tasks without supervisionStrong analytical skillsAbility to train, coach, evaluate and mentorStrong and current knowledge of technology platforms, MS Office products, and ability to quickly adapt to new softwareTravel (domestic) is expected for 20% of the time.Company BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionRRSPEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffFlexible Work Schedules (when possible)And more!Pay Range: $115,000-$125,000* CAD*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
