We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Level 1 Support Technician. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing initial troubleshooting and technical assistance on our Software As A Service Platform. The position requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to learning, and to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to our software and services. Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in our ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support as needed. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude. Assist with creating and updating knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of computer hardware and software. Able to read, understand, and right basic SQL queries Understanding of Laravel and Javascript coding Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Experience with ticketing systems is a plus. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
