We are hiring for a full-time, permanent Customer Support Specialist in Richmond Hill. We are looking for someone who believes that quality of service is everything. In this role you will share our passion to help our customers develop their business! * Pay rate: $50,000

  • Location: Richmond Hill, ON
  • Type of job: full-time- permanentResponsibilities:
  • Providing prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers
  • Performing order entry and reverse entry processes
  • Responding to Customer requests in a timely and accurate manner, by phone, email, or chat
  • Answering questions about shipping, pricing, and other customer queries
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending the best lighting solutions for their design
  • Collaborating with our Sales, Warehouse and Production teams to meet project deliverables
  • Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and are satisfied at the end of the transactionQualifications:
  • 3+ years of Customer Care experience preferably in a Logistics, Supply Chain industry or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Office Suite (Word, Excel) and prior exposure to inventory management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task using good judgement to exceed customer expectations.
  • Capacity to stay calm under pressure to achieve optimal results.
  • Resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills demonstrated through a variety of mediums. including, in-person, over the phone, e-mail, and on-line chats.
  • Willingness to ask questions to find the answers you need.
  • Passionate learner and interested in learning more about lighting technology and applications.
  • Strong relational and influential skills.
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skill.
  • Positive team attitude and ability to prioritize your work.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
