Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. You will be under the direct supervision of the Support Services Manager
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Make outbound calls for B2B surveys and to activate accounts, or other activities.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using MS 365 Suite and Salesforce Sales and Service tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Inform customers about new products and services.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
Requirements
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Stellar administrative skills (using MS 365)
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
College or University degree preferred.
Proficiency in professional English and French.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a similar industry or role.
Technical skills relevant to the company's products or services.
Tech savvy and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Pay: $24.50-$25.50 per hour
