Title Customer Support Representative Reports to CFO Role The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude while supporting the sales team in attaining their objectives, providing focused and productive communication with all internal and external customers, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction. As a member of the sales team, you will be required to truly embody and represent our culture and values by providing an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling a project at the post-release level. This includes communication between internal and external teams and, assisting customers with daily inquiries regarding, but not limited to, shipping, lead times, product support, RMAs, etc.
