We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join the Fundraising, Group Savings, and Business Gifting team for a full time Seasonal Contract at our Support Office in Vancouver, BC! Purdys Chocolatier is most famous for our excellent service and premium quality chocolate in our 80+ stores across Canada. We also support businesses and individuals through our Fundraising, Group Savings, and Business Gifting programs.
Our Fundraising department helps organizations meet their fundraising goals, while the Group Savings and Business Gifting programs offer volume purchase options and gifting for a variety of different customers. In this role you will be supporting the promotion of these programs to new and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing incredible customer service and is looking to expand their customer service experience. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers over the phone, promote these programs, and work in a team environment.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The contract will start August 9, 2022 and end December 16, 2022. The role is 40 hours per week with an hourly rate of $16.50. Regular hours are Monday to Friday between 7am-5:30pm and weekend overtime may be offered in November and December. Contracts may be extended up to April 2023.
Here are what some of your responsibilities might look like: . Validating contact information for existing and new customers . Contacting leads to promote our fantastic sales programs . Supporting customers with our online ordering system . Troubleshooting our website and online ordering system with customers . Responding to inquiries from customers in a timely manner . Other duties may include data entry, data organization, and research on new customers Here is what you come with: . Exceptional customer service and a passion for helping people! . Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines . Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt to change . Basic level of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel .
