As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to manage the full lifecycle of client interactions. You'll serve as the key liaison between the sales team and customers, guaranteeing every service agreement is executed flawlessly and every concern is resolved with speed and professionalism.
Essential Functions of the Customer Service Representative
Execute structured outreach across Saskatoon to onboard new Roger's clients through direct enrollment and campaign activation.
Respond to service inquiries via phone and email, delivering accurate information and resolving issues with urgency.
Maintain detailed CRM records to support territory tracking, client retention, and campaign continuity.
Audit service applications to ensure accuracy, reduce delays, and uphold Roger's compliance standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline onboarding and sustain long-term client satisfaction.
Share insights on service workflows to improve campaign execution and operational efficiency.
Education & Experience Needed for the Customer Service Representative
High school diploma or GED required; business or communications coursework is a plus.
1-2 years in performance-based roles such as territory outreach, sales coordination, or field operations.
Familiarity with CRM tools, service documentation, and structured onboarding workflows is an asset.
