About Us:



We're looking for motivated and outgoing Customer Support team members to join our office team. You'll be connecting with homeowners over the phone to assist them in accessing government rebate and funding programs that help lower their energy bills, upgrade their homes, and reduce their environmental footprint - all with no upfront cost to them. We are the authorized government partner for all energy affordability programs in the region. Your job is to support our customers to understand what they qualify for and guide them through the process.

No previous sales experience is needed, we'll train you.

What You'll Be Doing - Responsibilities :



Engage with homeowners:

Explain how they can qualify for energy-saving rebates, funding programs, and home upgrades - all at no upfront cost!

Provide exceptional customer support:

Answer questions, guide homeowners through the process, and book appointments for energy advisors.

Track and manage leads:

Use our system to schedule follow-ups and track your progress. We'll train you every step of the way!

Follow a structured process:

Work with a simple script to handle common questions and manage client expectations.

Hit achievable targets:

Focus on making calls, scheduling appointments, and driving customer satisfaction - it's all part of your growth.

Pay: $1,500.00-$3,500.00 per week
