StartWell is Canada's premier destination for urban company off-sites in downtown Toronto's vibrant King West neighbourhood.

This exciting role will put you in front of our great corporate customers at StartWell - from tech startups to large multi-national corporations.

If your verbal and written command of English is excellent, you have a high technical competency with Apple/Mac computers and you thoroughly enjoy helping people (without over-extending yourself) then this might be a great opportunity.

You'd grow into being the primary contact representing our company for all client relations - which requires a deep understanding of modern corporate culture and what teams require when coming together for corporate gatherings at StartWell.

It will be your job to communicate the value of our offering, and make custom recommendations for complex agendas that may combine dates and a range of booked spaces here to create compelling plans to support large team offsites (we typically do up to 200 people per day for multi-day sessions.)

You'll directly report to the CEO and be the main co-ordinator between our other staff - including audio-visual and media production teams, 3rd party staffing for event support and facilities maintenance and cleaning.

Knowledge of media production (stills - headshots and event coverage/candids plus motion - filmmaking) will add a ton of value to this role and get you familiar with how we work.

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
