net2phone is seeking an entrepreneurial, passionate, detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to help teach our customers how to use our platforms, while improving overall customer engagement. As an VoIP Trainer, you will manage multiple projects to drive value for our customers.
This is a remote opportunity for a Trainer to support the nationwide rollout of net2phone systems (VoIP, Auto Attendant, Admin Console, Contact Center, Integrated voice, video & chat). Training will be via MS Teams and will be training non-technical users.
