TELUS is hiring for an experienced Customer Success Representative for the Eastern Saskatchewan region to work closely with our customers as well as our internal teams to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Here\'s how:

  • Ensure customers have been successfully onboarded and are adopting the software and services
  • Responsible for accurately completing a grower check list for ALL agronomy growers.
  • Utilization of the following reports: Customer Usage Report, Missing Information Report, Schedule Board Report, and other reports as required
  • Assist the Territory Manager with growing business through existing customers base, lead generation, customer qualification, closing sales and promote complementary value adds products with current customers
  • Support and take an active role in Renewing our Whole Farm Prebuy growers
  • Coordinate recommendations/ yield analysis meeting between grower and Agronomy team within 30 days of prepared data
  • CSR Status Accounts - CSR will work directly with these growers for support, renewals, demos and new product offers and closing the sale
  • Gain experience through regular interaction with Territory Manager in the customer sales process with farm visits, retail partner visits, participation in trade-shows and community events, and serving in the execution of the corporate sales plan with the Territory Manager
  • Be the first to learn and train development on a new feature and then educate internal and external clients
  • Assist and train growers and retail partners on My Farm Manager and Croptivity
  • Provide basic front-line technical assistance for customers (loading Rx files, Runtime Support navigating proprietary software, etc.)
  • With guidance from the Territory Manager, handle customer concerns & solve any issues put forth
  • Ensure My Farm Manager is up to date with all customer information
  • Daily usage of Salesforce CRM:
  • Recording all sales information (sales calls, texts, voice mails, meetings, crops plans, etc.)
  • Act upon tagged clients (sales leads, sales notifications, etc.) as directed by the Territory Manager
  • Build and update opportunities
  • Actively participating and using Intercom for
  • Engagement
  • Open and close conversations
  • Provide afterhours service
  • Enter new customers in Salesforce
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications

What you bring to this role:
  • A good understanding of agriculture with a practical farming background is an asset
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and diagnostic skills, ability to undertake customer\'s needs analyses on an ongoing basis
  • Comfortable in performing both cold and warm calls and close a sale
  • Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft programs, previous experience with a CRM program an asset
  • Excellent customer relations and negotiating skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player in a fast paced changing environment
  • Willingness to continually expand knowledge base about products, packages and programs
  • 1 - 3 years of territory sales experience preferred
  • A degree or diploma is preferred but not a pre-requisite (Business Management, Marketing or Agriculture)
Special Requirements
  • Able to work in a highly mobile sales call environment
  • Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate the seasonal nature of the industry
  • Valid driver\'s license and clean abstract, prepared for considerable amount of driving to and from sales calls which may or may not include driving in treacherous weather conditions.
  • Occassional out of region travel required (trade shows, training)
