• Carrying out a range of customer service activities, including answering queries, assisting with requests, analysing & solving issues, while ensuring that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the organisation
• Communicating effectively with Customers on multi channels like phone, email and chats etc.
• Trouble shooting technical issues & providing relevant solution
• Becoming and acting as an expert in the application features and functions of our platform
• Performing other administrative tasks, independently and responsibly, as required
• You will be a good fit for this role if you have previous customer service / contact centre experience, innovative thought process and is comfortable with technology.
• You must also be an adaptable, multi-tasking, fast learner who takes initiative and has great attention to detail.
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of procedures, products and services
• You have any travel domain related experience
• Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
• You are a team player and support the team to succeed in all circumstances.
• Proficiency in English is required and bilingual proficiency of Spanish is preferred.
• You will also be a good fit if you have the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and can adapt to change in a growing organisation.
• Matured individuals who can work under minimal supervision

Job Type: Full time **Experience in the Tourism Industry. Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred) Job location: Downtown Vancouver. Salary: $22.00 for morning and evening $23.50 for graveyard Paid Leaves: 10 days / year (starting after the 3 month probation) Other perks: Paid training & Benefits Plan (optional) Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Required) Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week.
