Customer Service Representative (Full Time)

Salary: $31,200.00/yr - $36,039.00/yr

What does this role look like at YMCA Calgary?

Duties and Responsibilities include:
\xc2\xb7 Identify and create opportunities to enhance each and every person\'s YMCA experience;
\xc2\xb7 Meet and exceed customers\' expectations in all service aspects at the Membership desk;
\xc2\xb7 Complete all membership/program related duties with accuracy;
\xc2\xb7 Accurately complete all transactions, payments, cash-outs and balancing;
\xc2\xb7 Communicate a large quantity of information clearly and concisely in person and over the telephone by understanding the organizational structure of the YMCA Calgary Association;
\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain smooth, cooperative working relations with all staff and volunteers;
\xc2\xb7 Aid in the training of all new staff and volunteers;
\xc2\xb7 Work in a team environment to achieve optimal collective results;
\xc2\xb7 Share responsibility for weekly upkeep of desk inventory and lost and found items while ensuring a well-stocked and clean work areas at all times;
\xc2\xb7 Ability to problem solve;
\xc2\xb7 Participate in the Staff and Volunteer aspect of the Annual Campaign.
