The CS Manager (Interim) and their Team "owns" the order process, from customer PO to final delivery of product by working with and leading their team of CS Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Through Training via the CS Manager prior to leave, Ensure timely response to Customer PO's including less than 60-minute PO acknowledgement from Black Earth to Customer through CS Team
Lead the process of PO fulfillment externally and internally with all key stakeholders
Effectively and efficiently coordinate the transport of Black Earth products internally and externally
Provide internal reports to Sales and Production on Product fulfillment status, allowing both teams to function more efficiently
Build upon internal processes that bring efficiency to Black Earth and Customers in PO fulfillment
Recognize and Champion internal changes within the CS team that elevate Customer Experience and streamline the order fulfillment process
Qualifications
Associates Degree minimum, Bachelors preferred
Deep background in Customer Service, preferably in Manufacturing Space
Working knowledge and experience in Logistics and Delivery Procurement
Desire to Lead a Team and Lead by Example
Drive to increase efficiencies in Order Fulfillment internally and externally ultimately complimenting and strengthening the Black Earth brand
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-18 months
Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ryley, AB
