Check out our website: https://www.woosender.com About The Role: We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our growing Customer Success Team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be managing the team and will be responsible for ensuring customers\' success on the WooSender platform. At the end of the day, the best customer success managers simply care about their customers. They know what their customers are working on, what goals they have, and what they hope to achieve with the company\'s products. Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5+ years of Customer Success Manager/ managing large and diverse client (preferably in a SaaS organization)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to provide clear and accurate status updates
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, capable of explaining complex situations clearly
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
  • Team player and can also thrive in self-managed and independent environments
  • Excited by the startup environment; you want to contribute to fine-tuning the structure and process to scale the customer success team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize and delegate
  • Passion for learning new technology
Responsibilities:
  • You will contribute to client\xe2\x80\x99s marketing strategy and roadmap by developing and maintaining a strategic trusted advisor relationship with them
  • You will supervise, manage, and mentor Customer Success Coaches
  • You will work to identify, develop and close upsell opportunities for additional products and services. Also, collaborate with customers proactively to secure their ongoing business through renewal
  • You will work closely with all departments on a day-to-day basis to help your customers to reach their objectives
  • You will help onboarding and educating clients to our software, optimizing their business using Woosender to achieve their business goal
