Primary Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Reports to Director of Customer Experience; build a team of customers success representatives who help our Software Users thrive on ATS Software solutions \xe2\x97\x8f Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and employees to work toward \xe2\x97\x8f Develop systems to support the onboarding & initial training of new Website users which may include any of ATS Software solutions including training on Email Spec Service, ATS Spec Tool, Visual Spec Builder, BIM Library, AutoQuote etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Promote value through customer experience \xe2\x97\x8f Use empowerment, trust and other strategies as appropriate to develop and motivate team members \xe2\x97\x8f Communicate expectations, assignments and responsibilities clearly and professionally \xe2\x97\x8f Participate in 1:1 meeting with team members \xe2\x97\x8f Providing remote trouble-shooting and technical support to ATS Software Website users \xe2\x97\x8f Provide timely follow up to customer downloads and support requests \xe2\x97\x8f Document activities in the tickets tracking/support application as well as Project Tracker \xe2\x97\x8f Escalate support calls to QA as required \xe2\x97\x8f Work with Product Owner, Software Development team and technical advisor to write user stories for new or existing features \xe2\x97\x8f Work with marketing to develop or create training materials, videos and knowledge base articles \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and maintain expertise on all products, systems and processes \xe2\x97\x8f Support the onboarding and account management teams by facilitating online demonstrations for all ATS Software Solutions to new and existing customers Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f College Diploma or University Degree, in Architecture/Engineering or Construction nice to have \xe2\x97\x8f 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred \xe2\x97\x8f 2+ years experience in people management \xe2\x97\x8f Experience working with marketing automation & Email Marketing tools and blogs like Hubspot, WordPress, etc. (nice to have) \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both verbal and written \xe2\x97\x8f Team player and willing to help others when required \xe2\x97\x8f Able to work with diverse personalities and styles \xe2\x97\x8f Strong organizational/time management skills \xe2\x97\x8f Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management \xe2\x97\x8f Be passionate about what you do \xe2\x80\x93 take ownership of the customer interaction to ensure success! \xe2\x97\x8f Work schedule flexibility: We service North American customer base between Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m ET (our shifts are set based on our customer demand and markets we serve) Our Teams Live Out Our Core Values We look for excellence: individuals that are better than we are and not only meet our values but bring value to our teams.
