We're seeking a

Project Manager / General Manager

to oversee digital marketing projects and keep our operations running smoothly. You will coordinate workflows, project manage deliverables, and manage communication between clients and the Out-Smarts team.

This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the confidence to make things happen. It's ideal for someone who understands digital marketing but prefers managing the process rather than executing each piece.

You'll work closely with the team to ensure client success, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities



Be the primary channel of communication between clients and the Out-Smarts team. Conduct regular meetings with clients regarding project progress, marketing impact and upcoming deliverables. Oversee client projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality are met. Manage client communications and reporting using tools like DashThis, GA4, and Teamwork. Coordinate SEO, online advertising, and social media campaigns between departments. Update website content and blogs in WordPress. Set up and monitor analytics (GA4, GTM) and share actionable insights. Plan and prioritize team resources to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications and Experience



3-5 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or operations Solid understanding of SEO, paid ads, and social media Comfortable using WordPress, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented Based in Vancouver or within British Columbia (preferred), but open to remote across Canada Must be available for client meetings in Pacific Standard Time.

Compensation and Benefits



Annual salary between CAD $45,000-70,000 based on experience Flexible hours and remote work environment Three weeks' paid vacation upon transition to a permanent role Health and dental benefits, and professional development allowance available once permanent
