Job Description

Join a rapidly growing HealthTech SaaS startup to transform intake in North America!



We're building innovative SaaS that make patient intake smarter, more efficient, and more secure. As part of our Customer Success team, you'll be the voice of our company, helping clients get the most out of our SaaS platform, guiding them through help desk communication and demos, and turning common questions into instructions. This is a part-time role to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if it's a great fit.

What You'll Do



Client Engagement



Participate in client demos and presentations via video conferencing. Send clear, timely follow-up emails after meetings.

Support & Helpdesk



Be the first point of contact for client requests via the help Desk. Provide friendly, solution-oriented updates and coordinate with the technical team. Escalate complex issues to the right people when needed. Manage Help Desk open tickets.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing



Create and maintain client-facing documentation and knowledge base content. Help build easy-to-follow written and video instructions for clients. Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials.

About You



Excellent communicator (written & verbal). Comfortable with video calls and presenting to clients. Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer success, support in tech SaaS is a plus, but enthusiasm and adaptability matter most! Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, Digital Media, or similar), or equivalent practical experience. Hands-on experience with web design, website building, or digital platforms. You don't need to be a coder, but you should be comfortable navigating tech tools and explaining them to others. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users. Curious to learn about our SaaS product
