As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be part of a team that is the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our valued customers and territory managers. You are proactive and detail-oriented with strong administrative and sales support skills. Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, this role will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous administrative and sales support to external customer and our national team to ensure seamless customer experience. This is a dynamic position that blends administrative coordination, customer relationship management, and sales support.

Territory Manager Support



Anticipate and respond to Territory Manager needs by understanding their preferences and priorities. Provide advanced support to Territory Managers managing communication and follow-ups with customers maximizing TM sales effectiveness Provide support for Tradeshows and customer meetings as needed

Customer Relationship Management



Engage with customers via phone, email, mail, and live chat Process incoming orders (phone, website, email) accurately and efficiently Analyze and resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into positive outcomes Write clear, helpful, brand-aligned responses to Customer and Territory Manager inquiries Provide customers with order information including item shortages, balances due, credits, order processing status, estimated delivery dates Encourage positive customer reviews through outstanding support Offer alternative product solutions upselling where appropriate through warm outbound communications.

Cross Functional Collaboration



Liaise with purchasing and operations teams to ensure smooth order advancement. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order status. Willingness to learn new skills and processes in a changing work environment. Support internal projects and process improvements as assigned by the Customer Success Manager or Canadian Sales Manager. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Skills and Education



Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or customer success--preferably in agriculture or a sales-driven organization. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Strong typing skills (45-50 WPM). Experience with ERP or Business Management Systems (e.g., Business Central). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Motivated to drive continuous improvement using digital tools for collaboration and efficiency Ability to follow and adhere to specific workflow standards Fluency in French (Canadian) is considered an asset.

Additional Relevant Experience/Skills



Horticultural/ Agricultural education or experience with ability to provide basic technical advice

Pay: $47,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
