We are looking for an A Customer Success Associate which will be considered as an administrative role within the Business development team. The primary function of the role is to be engaged with the new and existing customers in partnership with other members of the business development team, or independently. The Account Coordinator is responsible for different components relating to customer care, working with other departments (Finance, Logistics, Operations) to deliver our contracted or ad-hoc services within the agreed SLA and to the customer\'s satisfaction. Support includes, but is not limited to, account set-up and Lot creation, managing/facilitating shipments from customers, and providing required documentation, and supporting the efficient and effective management of new and existing specified customer accounts.
